This valentine season, the clash of Pulkit Samrat and Aditya Roy Kapur shocked everyone. Everyone is expecting for the Katrina Kaif starrer movie to burn the box office with fire. But the story is different, the race has the Yami Gautam’s film as a winner. This clash tells the very much about the Bollywood business. It is not necessary that high budget movie always has the positive side.

The business prediction of the films has become very much difficult. This market is totally predictable but some big analyst and critics knows which production could work in the industry on the basis of filmmakers and artists.

The overseas report is somewhat better than domestic, the film has minted approximately Rs. 16.53 Cr till the second-weekend. The worldwide collections of the movie stand at Rs. 35 Cr. The distribution is comprise of Rs. 16.50 Cr. So, it will not be able to recover its budget.

The producers invested a total of Rs. 70 Cr till the last shoot for the flick. It is clear that the producers will experience the loss of Rs. 39 Cr. The co-producers Abhishek Kapoor and Siddharth Roy Kapur are very much disappointed with the performance of the film. The adaption of literature has never got successful in the Bollywood industry.

Divya Khosla Kumar-directed movie has got negative review from some of the sources. But still it has opened well with a collection of Rs. 5.04 Cr and shown increment in the amount till the end of opening weekend. The 1st-weekend collection of the flick is Rs. 17.05 Cr.

It has recovered the whole budget within 5 days of earning. The overseas reports of the movie are not so good as it was for the Aditya Roy Kapur’s romantic movie. The total box office collection for the movie has crossed Rs. 30 Cr till date. The overseas collection reports has not came yet.
